What is Vehicle Service Protection from Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc.? Vehicle Service Protection from Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. is vehicle coverage that extends beyond the manufacturer's factory warranty and covers repairs of unexpected mechanical and electrical failures. For the period of time the contract is in effect, covered components of their vehicle will be repaired in the event of failure, including labor, subject to any applicable deductible and exclusions. Choices can be made by you for a specific term and mileage.
When does my Fidelity Vehicle Protection Plan begin? All Fidelity Vehicle Protection Plans begin on the PLAN PURCHASE DATE and the CURRENT ODOMETER READING. In clearer terms, read here - If a purchase is made online now, the years shown in the contract terms will begin TODAY and the mileage shown in the contract terms will be ADDED to your current odometer reading. This system uses the remaining factory coverage of your vehicle to populate the lowest available pricing, per a system algorithm. Drivers who purchase their plans early will always see higher term coverage options available, and of course, at much lower rates. For savvy consumers, the earlier the plan is purchased, the better. Pricing will increase as years and mileage accrue, and plan options seem to disappear quickly as the vehicle ages.

FactoryProtect.com® uses the terms ‘Warranty’ and ‘Extended Warranty’ with ‘Vehicle Service Contract’ and ‘Extended Service Contract’ for marketing purposes only. A Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) is often referred to as an “auto warranty” or an “extended car warranty,” but it is not a warranty. A VSC does, however, provide repair coverage for your vehicle after the manufacturer’s car warranty expires. A VSC is a contract between you and a VSC provider or administrator that states what is a covered repair and what is not. Not all vehicles qualify for coverage; FactoryProtect.com® does not offer VSCs in California or Florida. FactoryProtect.com® is a website developed for marketing and informational purposes only. FactoryProtect.com® does not process or sell VSCs directly, as all VSCs offered on FactoryProtect.com® are processed through our Selling Dealers.
