How are repair claims filed? Vehicles may be taken to any licensed repair facility in the U.S. or Canada. Contract holders must present proof of coverage to the repair facility, who will call Fidelity Warranty Services for approval prior to making the repairs. Once the covered repairs have been approved and completed, the repair facility is paid directly by the Fidelity Warranty Services via credit card by phone. Can Fidelity Vehicle Protection Plans be canceled? Yes, all Fidelity Vehicle Protection plans come with a (30) day “Free Look Period". You can cancel anytime within the Free Look Period and receive a 100% refund unless a claim is reported. If you cancel after the Free Look Period, you may be eligible for a partial refund. If a claim has been filed, this may affect the refund amount. See contract for complete details and how to begin the cancellation process. The refund will be issued to the contract holder. Is there confirmation of purchase when I finalize my order? Yes, once you click ‘Complete Purchase’ on the review product page, you will be redirected to a page that will confirm your order has been processed.
